This is a variety of resources that I have created for the new OCR A Level PE specification. Inspiration for my resources has come from far and wide. Great package to teach ergogenic aids. My current year 12s responded really well to this!

OCR A Level PE (Anatomy & Physiology)- looking at a revision lesson for Year 2 Biomechanics- angular & linear motion, projectile motion, fluid mechanics, spin & magnus force and The Bernoulli Principle.

A series of lessons including fun, differentiated activities to teach Angular Motion (Biomechanics OCR A LEVEL PE). My pupils responded really well to this.

Interactive powerpoint/ lesson looking at centre of mass and stability. Lots of tasks for pupils to do and includes worksheet for them to filll out which can double up as a revision resource. Perfect for OCR A Level PE pupils in the Year 1 book.

Two lessons with worksheets explaining heart rate, stroke volume and cardiac output. Lessons look into definition and how each term adapts during rest, exercise and recovery. Includes peer assessment task with exam question from the lesson before.

I have created a revision resource for section 1, paper 1 of the OCR GCSE PE exam. It has worked really well with my students and they have used them as revision posters (as I have handed them out as seperate sheets). Likewise you could create a small booklet. All ‘answers’ / fill in the gaps are easy to work out as they are from the OCR GCSE PE textbook. It is in black & white so that pupils can highlight the key information they need to suit them.
